I am so grateful for Dr. Jindal, and his staff. He is very good Dr, and his staff is kind and compassionate! We need many more offices like this one.

Giving a 1 star based on certain members of staff...Dr. Jindal is excellent, knows what my medical needs are and has always been good to me for the 8+ years I have been going there. Lately, his staff with the exception of the young woman who works there have been discriminating and or showing favoritism against me when I come in for my appointments. One day they go in order by the sign in list at the desk(I have to travel to the office from PA, so I get there before the office opens as the scheduled first appointment...which is what I ask for) I sign in first but they skip me and bring five others in before me that signed in AFTER I did....the next time i show up, im told that they have to go by the way appointments are set up, and they bypass the list and bring others in before me who they say are scheduled before me and it's not fair to them that they have to wait. 3rd appointment yesterday in a row I have a scheduled first appointment, and they bring in 2 people before me again because they signed in first. When I ask why they are discriminating against me they play around and change stories yet again and become hostile and tell me there are no guarantees I will get in first either way I set up my appointment. They are rude, clueless and I believe they think it's funny...going out of their way to try and provoke me. They never called my meds in this last time....im sure they will say that is some made up policy as well. Dr. Jindal needs to rethink the job positions of these ignorant, stupid and rude receptionists he has working for him. Personally, I will be taking these 2 receptionists to court for discrimination.....they think im stupid but have no idea that I have been recording my phone calls and recording my interactions with them since the first incident. They need to leave the attitudes at home and do a consistent job. I did warn them last time if it continues this would be the result. I shouldn't have to switch a doctor I have been seeing for years because the help cannot or will not do their jobs signed, one pissed off patient

I sat for over an hour in the waiting room. While I was there two patients abandoned their appointments because they sat there too long. After my long wait the doctor saw me for less than 3 minutes. Most of those 3 minutes he was dictating into his tape recorder.

When you get there the waiting room has 20 people. You will sit for hours. The staff is unbelievably rude.

Dr Jindal and the staff are amazing. There are many Docs out there who will gaslight you, or put you on the flavor of the week medication. I find him to be thorough, kind and gentle. There are hundreds of autoimmune diseases out there and many mimic eachother. I'm glad I have them to help me through the search.
