        Dakota the store manager sold me the wrong piece of jewelry. I asked for a septum ring and received a nipple ring instead. Refused to give me a credit and told me its my fault I didnt know what size I needed. Bad customer service considering Ive been going to that store for 10+years. Over an item that probably cost them cents.
