        Reached out to him a couple of times. . . no response at all. It's been a week and a half since we returned so he's had plenty of time. Really shocked because the communication and response had been prompt and great but when it came down to a written financial promise he did not deliver. What's sad is I would have used them again but as they say fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
