I had to lay my father to rest last week and I have to say that I could not have gotten through this horrible time in my life without the help from Vito and the entire staff at O'Shea's. We spent hours going through all of the details and not once did we feel rushed or that we were just another customer. Vito truly listened to us and helped us make some decisions we were not sure about and pointed us in the right direction with certain things. He explained everything thoroughly and I cannot recommend them enough. They did such an incredible job on everything. Very detail orientated and made sure to check all the boxes so there were no surprises or missing information so that way this transition period was as smooth as possible. The wake was extremely hard to get through as expected but the whole staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I noticed that the prayer cards had run out and one of the staff was nice enough to bring me into the office to grab more and let me choose which one I wanted since I didn't have a chance to pick one out. I chose the one with flames and an eagle since I know that would have been my father's choice. A++ stand up staff that goes above and beyond and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you Vito and your entire staff at O'Shea for helping and caring about us during this hard time in our lives.

Losing my father was one of the hardest things we ever had to go through. We didn't know what to do first. We met with Nicole at Charles Oshea Funeral Home in Wantagh. She was absolutely amazing. She was so calming and caring. She went over every detail and answered every question that  we had. She started to feel like family herself. At such a difficult time she was such a blessing.  Every detail was thought out and executed to perfection because of her and all of the staff there. If you want a professional, warm, caring,  proper send off for your loved one I would recommend you look no further. You will forever be grateful that you did. I know we are.
