Been going for years, but since switching over to Catholic Health, the shoddy front desk support has gone even further downhill. I can't even get an appointment anymore. I get hung up on every time I call.

The staff is awful. Cannot get through to make appointment. Stayed on hold after trying 3 days straight. The office manager should be fired.

Dr. Greco is great but office staff is not. They don't answer the phone. This has been this way for at least a year now. Getting a call back regarding bloodwork results is nonexistent. The staff are not delivering messages to the doctor. On multiple occasions while in the lobby waiting for my appointment, I witnessed patients stop by to say they could not get through on the phone so they decided to drive by and would like to make an appointment or to get a call back to get their test results explained. They were told to use the app or to call. It's unfortunate.

Tried to call the office yesterday to ask a question before todays appointment with Dr. Greco, which was made 6 weeks ago. Was put on hold for 38 minutes before I finally hung up. Arrived at 2:45 for a 3pm appointment, and was greeted by the front desk clerk who clearly hates her job, as she was simply miserable. Four people arrived after me, and all four were called in before me, one who I know was also there for Dr. Greco. When I asked, at 3:30, how much longer, I was told another 10-15 minutes. At 4pm, I simply got up and left. It is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional to have a patient wait that long for any physician. Obviously management is doing an extremely poor job of training their staff in professionalism and scheduling. Already have an appointment elsewhere for Monday.

Tried calling all week to cancel an appointment and front desks never picks up. Called during office hours! Dr Greco is wonderful. Front desk is not
