Chase Bank

This bank is has terrible customer service. I went and asked for $2 I was told they would give me a call when they came in. Never received a call. Called back on my own a few times and they put you on hold forever and never pick back up the phone . Then I have to physically came back into the branch and they dont even pretend to check if they have any. To be honest I feel like some of the tellers are just straight up racist. Will never do any of my business with this branch.

Do not sign up for chase pay plans. You will pay plan fees twice. They have the monthly pay plan payments which says clearly it includes the pay plan fee but every billing cycle they do charge you again for the plan fee. Read your plans carefully. In parentheses, it says plan fees included, but they still charge you a plan fee every month. Also you can't even go to the branch for help since it's a mobile app feature so people at the branch are no help at all as they do not know anything about this mobile app feature.

This bank is has terrible customer service. Ordered euros here for a trip I was taking. I was told they would give me a call when they came in. Never received a call. Called back on my own a few days prior to my trip, and was told euros still had not come in, and that I would be refunded. Never refunded. After my trip, I called back and was told I have to physically come into the branch and sell the euros back to the bank. I went in and was quite mad about the whole situation, as I lost money on the conversion back to USD AND I did not have euros for my trip (not to mention 0 communication or just plain wrong information). The manager asked if I would like to speak with her, to which I said yes, and she proceeded to tell me this was MY fault. HAHA Complete lack of customer service and decency. Will never complete any of my business with this branch.
