They damaged my fence when plowing. I had called and they said they came out to look at it. After a few days I followed up with owner and he acknowledged the damage but was unaware of the extent. He said he would come out and look at it. I followed up numerous times and he never called. back.

When we bought our second home in 2019, we utilized this company since it was used by the prior owner & familiar with the property. I will start with Tony is knowledgeable, but that is about it. Our first full year of landscaping was 2020 and quickly learned that AC Landscaping was a complete ripoff. In May, the workers arrived to mulch. I was working from home at the time & did not see where they were working until about 4 hours after their arrival & noticed they were putting mulch in a HUGE area of my yard that NEVER contained mulch and was not a "bed". I immediately contacted the company to advise that this was not approved. They even mulched behind my shed (an area not seen by anyone). When I received the bill, I was more than shocked (since I contacted them advising them that I did not approve this work). The owner came to my house to "discuss" and I advised him that this was unacceptable & if this continued in the future, we would no longer be using his company. His response - basically - "who cares"? - My response - it must be nice to lose a customer that has over $10k worth of work needed a year. After much "discussion", some of the charge was taken off the bill. Then comes the wind storm...thankfully, unlike many others, we did not have any damage & had small sticks and leaves in the yard. During our weekly maintenance - it was not cleaned up (they just mowed right over them). I contacted the company again & was told that they do not clean that up because it was a "hurricane clean up" and he would need to charge more. Literally - there were leaves & sticks that would have taken no extra time (I took pictures). It was clear we were not their favorite home after these issues & the quality of the work rapidly declined. The last straw - I received a bill that was incorrect & when I contacted them I did not get a written email back, I received screenshots with circles on them of their internal billing system. They added money to my bill without itemizing the charge & simply put "previous balance" on the next bill with no indication of what it was for (and did not match the charge on the prior bill). The billing practices are terrible - all bills are dated for the 1st of the month, but are not received until the between 15th and 20th (by email - so no delay with mail) and never accounted for proper payments or the like. I wrote an email back after I received the screenshots and informed them I would no longer be using them. After being charged nearly $15,000 for 1 year of service, we did not even receive a single response. I would stay away from this company. Their lack of professionalism, customer service & billing practices are despicable.
