WellNow Urgent Care Express - Closed

I made an appointment for 8:30, checked in online and waited 45 minutes before I left. No one answered the phone and no one was at the desk when I knocked at the front door. No better way to lose a customer!

I would give them none if I could scheduled an appointment arrived confirmed told me to wait in the car waited for a half an hour and then finally got out and went to the door and it said the office is closed they should have contacted any appointments that were scheduled and canceled them for the day

Made an appointment, got there and their doors were locked and wouldn't answer the phone. Other people were waiting outside too. Never opened

I would recommend anyone to go here. Everyone is pleasant, friendly & helpful. The process was easy to set up so they already had pictures of my ID & insurance card by the time I pulled up. Everything was right on time. It's such a different experience than any other urgent care I've been to, in a great way.

**To wellnows comment, Weve reached out to wellnow billing twice and they are not helpful. Wellnow billing filed a grievance and review it for weeks and dont provide an effective resolution or take any further action to get it fixed. In summary, they are NOT doing their job. Weve also tried to call wellnow vestal office manager and couldnt get ahold of them. Wellnow team is extremely unprofessional and unethical. Above all, this team discriminates foreign and POC patients. **original review They are committing fraud in this office. So please be really careful. The covid swab we did there in August was $150, and conveniently they can only take cash that day and have no change when we gave them $160. Six months later we got a bill saying we still need to pay $150 for the August covid test. Of course we called back and let them know 1. We paid it already on the day 2. Its their policy to not provide covid test without payment upfront. Two weeks later this is still not resolved. They know they are wrong but they were being no apologetic at all and takes their sweet time to stall this. I will be reporting this to the authorities for committing fraud and not having any ethics code.
