This was my first time coming to a dealership or even owning my owned vehicle and when I walked into the location.. MIKE GOFF is the GOAT!! He immediately welcomed me and my gf and instantly asked me what I needed and was really friendly and helpful from start to finish. If you hire more workers they must be like him because he is definitely the one you should want to show the new comers how and what to do when someone needs to find a car I truly appreciate the experience I had buying my car with you guys!! We had purchased a vehicle for our daughter at Matthews in Syracuse a few months ago and decided to try Matthews in Vestal. We received the same great service as we did before. They even found us cheaper financing than my local credit union. We were able to take our new vehicle home the same day. Thank you Adam Barnes and the rest of the staff for a non stress buying experience. Even the woman who did the vehicle detailing was fast and efficient. Also, the popcorn in the lobby and free snacks and beverages was a nice touch.
