Even though we are there what seems like monthly, I don't have a specific visit in my head to share. I think because we have a bazillion kids, I have so many great things to say. I sometimes come with three or more kids and sometimes a husband in tow. I love that when they are in different rooms you guys communicate with each other and let me know what is going on. The hygienists are like extended family members and my kids always feel safe and secure because all of you take the time to know them and go above and beyond what I think is their call of duty. This is why we come back. I appreciate the hard work and dedication of all the people who work so hard. We are blessed, Chelle Wilkinson

I came into the Vestal office suffering from a painful toothache. They got me right in and fixed the situation for me. The staff was very courteous.

Dr.Lalor went above and beyond to help my son with his newly placed braces. He opened his office on off hours to take care of my child. He didn't have to, but he did. He did it with such care and compassion. He didn't hesitate to help us. We need more humans and professionals like him! We are so very grateful to you and your team for getting us connected to you on your off hours and your dedication to patients.
