First time at this salon, and Gabby was fantastic!! Friendly and fun, and I love my haircut! Gabby has a great vision and is so skilled! I cant wait to go back for her to give me highlights!

I had Ella do my hair. She was an absolute angel and my hair is INCREDIBLE. Im OBSESSED with it. Ill 100% be back to see her!

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years. I will not let anyone besides Gabby touch my hair and I have referred multiple people to her. She provides consistent services every single time and I dont have to remind her. She has taken the time to get to know me, my hair, and how to get around my pronounced colics. More than that she has become someone I consider a friend. Her compassion for her clients is as clear as the afternoon sun! I would highly and without any reservation recommend anyone to switch to Acacia as Sue has built an incredible team and you will always be taken care of. However if you want to feel like a movie star at your opening night premiere, Gabby is the ONLY choice!

Gabby did an amazing job on my hair and bringing my vision to life! She thoroughly discussed with me what I was looking for and the plan to achieve it. Gabby has such a warm and fun personality that it just adds to the whole experience. Highly recommend her to all my family and friends!

For my experience please refer to my previous post. I cant figure out how to reply to the salons comment but yes I was late not a full hour but I did call the salon and let them know I was going to be late, offered to pay the appointment fee and reschedule and I was told I could still get in and get what I need to get done with no worries. Also no matter how late someone is nothing could justify that hair cut. This salon has mistreated me consistently through out the years and continues to uphold nasty behavior with the reply they gave me even after I left. I have never made a fuss, been rude, or anything other than pleasant and understanding. While I was there I was consistently told I no showed for appointments I did not have, had my appointments forgotten or deleted from the system and had to reschedule with no complaints from me. Ive had stylists be rude and off putting as well as the women up front and I had put up with it. Do not go here. I promise it is not worth the time or the energy. You will regret it. If not right away then eventually. Heres what your stylist let me leave with. And I got a refund only for the cut not the color. So no things were not made right.
