Awesome venue for any celebration or get together ! Very nice people and very accommodating ! Service was excellent ! Great place to have a wedding ! Thank you !

While I did have incredible fun with my family and friends the wedding was beyond less than ideal. We paid for an open bar for 3 hours but a half hour of that they had shut down the bar, every single decoration was wrong besides one thing!!! Why have me pick out decorations if you were going to give me something different than what I asked for. The wedding planner was more! Than rude and frankly her behavior was unacceptable. Instead of her helping us correct any of the decorations she blamed someone else without advising how to reach them. Did not guide the wedding at all. The skipped our champagne toast, the wedding planner YELLED at a guest for going in the wrong direction for the ceremony as there was nothing to show guests where the ceremony was. She was no help and rude. Im confused on why all decisions were wrong when we had picked them out with someone. Wrong table numbers, wrong seating chart, missing card and guest book signs, wrong ceremony prices, no draping like we planned, no candles on the fire place like planned, they were supposed to take the flowers from the arch (not the arch we picked out) and put it on our table NO ONE DID THAT when we were told it would have been taken cared of. Despite how horrific my rude theplanner was and the fact that 99% of decorations were either not their or wrong! Our d.j did the most AMAZING JOB EVER! He apologized for how rude the wedding planner was and took over when she practically abandoned us. When I say this girl was rude I mean I have never had someone talk to me the way this wedding planner though was okay. When guests asked why the campaign was being taken before we could toast she was rude to them. THE WEDDING PLANNER DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT TIME THE WEDDING STARTED!!!!!! I do want to state again the d.j was truly truly amazing! He stepped up and saved the night. 100% go with their d.j but not their wedding planner or their decorators they do not care about your wedding I mean there truly was no reason for ALL but one decoration to be wrong and there was no reason for the wedding planner to be blatantly rude. My husband was trying to be nice and say thank you even tho she was so horrible and rude and she goes well I heard you had the worst night ever! Wile tossing her arms! He advised her that yes we had MANY PROBLEMS but we did have fun with our familys because our familys made it fun! MY SPECIAL NEEDS BROTHER WAS HAVING TROUBLE GETTING CHIPS HE SAID this is hard and our wedding planner looked at him and said I DONT CARE! She also got our walking order wrong and argued with my bridesmaid when she was corrected. Simply this lady should not work there. No one was able to tell what cupcakes were the pistachio we advised of the allergy and was told I think its that one, Im not sure, I dont know what you got or ordered thats not on me.. they will be fine. Im pretty sure if someone with that allergy eats that cup cake it will infact. Not be fine. She even complained about how difficult it is to work for Dave that should have been my first red flag! We had a lot of guests who were upset by her behavior.

Beautiful venue and great staff. I would keep it at a 5 star but our wedding was later in the day and they remodeled the outside area where you would get married and the sun was in my eyes the whole time during the ceremony. I feel that they need sun shades. Furthermore my mother is disabled and it was very difficult to push her up in the new designed area. It is not handicapped accessible by any means. We asked for chairs for the groomsmen and bridesmades to sit at the alter and wasn't provided. The day coordinator was great and she was very kind and helpful. The bartender for our wedding was the greatest tho. Was sweet to everyone especially my autistic 11 year old who kept going up for soda every 5 minutes haha. She treated him so well when we left he said she was his buddy. I appreciate how kind she was to everyone and made our event better.
