I could book him through Off The Record App. Really trustworthy and meaningful experience, like what was said was done too. May GOD bless this guy, his office and Off the record app, its really helpful as its meant to be, i wish them all the best.

        The Law Office of Frances Blazer, Esq. did a fantastic job helping me with my speeding ticket! They were able to get it reduced to a zero point offense so it didnt impact my insurance rates and i am very much appreciative of that. The end fine was even less than paying the speeding ticket (so they saved me money too). thank you so much!

        I have used Frances for a number of legal transaction and have found her to be the most thorough and exacting lawyer in upstate New York. She takes her time to make sure everything in perfect and to the point. I would highly recommend her because of her professionalism. Most important, she always gets the job done.

        Recommended my friend to off the record an app to help fight tickets. He was matched with this lawyer and now I feel soooo bad because he is getting terrible service with 0 communication. I have read through all the messages and it is absolutely disgusting that a lawyer can even act like this. For your sake do NOT book this lawyer. Very unethical practices!

      In reviewing the conversations with Mr. Chao, this traffic case was handled with almost daily communication, and a pending resolution in 16 days from being retained. I believe Mr. Chao's real complaint is that he didn't realize when told his ticket should be eventually dismissed, the Prosecutor charges to consent to the dismissal. I do not believe that a dismissed ticket, handled in 16 days, should earn a poor review.
