Bob is the best! Works hard and goes to bat for you. He's extremely knowledgeable of the market and the area. You can rest assured knowing the best realtor in Upstate New York is on your side helping you sell or buy. He successfully helped my fiance, now wife, and I buy and later sell our individual homes. Then later, he was there guiding us through the madness of purchasing our first home together. I was never doubtful because I knew he had our best interest at heart. He has integrity. As long as he's in the business, I'll never turn to another realtor. Thanks again for being a fantastic realtor and just an all around great guy. Wish you the best, Bob!!!

My family and I were looking for a new place to live due to the fact that the house we were renting was being sold. Bob Kerr at Miner Realty and property management helped tremendously. Im not sure that we couldve figured it out without his help. He worked fast and efficiently to get us into a place and help put a roof over our head. I am so grateful for the help. The application process was easy and we received our good news within days of the application which was imperative because we needed to be into our new place by February first and he made that entirely possible. Huge thanks go out to Bob and Miner Realty. Incredible work! 10/10 I will always recommend them if I hear of anybody looking for somewhere to live whether theyre buying a house or searching for an apartment.
