I worked all night and came home to have the power off in the middle of winter. My furnace was not working, so I called Tri county and the technician Jason responded and helped troubleshoot a bunch of problems that it could be. It was fixed the same day. Thanks Tri county for getting the heat back on in my home.

I installed my own Rinnai tankless hotwater heater. There is a bad part so Rannai gave me tri-countys phone number as they are supposed to be a registered service provider. Rannai is willing to pay for the service to be done but the receptionist won't even let me speak to the service manager or someone else. They are refusing to do any work because they didn't install it but even admitted that they work o. Ones they didn't install. She never called me back like she said she was going to and was short on the phone!

Rude, rude, rude people!! The woman answering the phones doesn't have a clue and shouldn't be answering the phones if she can't help the customers. No calls back as requested and promised. Days went by and still no call. Finally called and spoke with a gentleman who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Turning away business left and right. We won't recommend this company to anyone! Recommend going elsewhere!

Highly recommend looking elsewhere. Something new wrong everytime they come and charge you everytime luckily only got me for just about 500 bucks have since changed my boiler service. 5 hours with new company an fixed the issue and promised if he has to return its 100% on him.
