        I visited the Valley Stream location to purchase perfume for my wife. I had a few options of what I wanted and the store had it in stock. I told the respensentive what I was looking for but she would not let me smell the scents and told me items are non returnable, eventhrough the site says otherwise. I was shocked, so I asked to speak to the manager. Apparently I was dealing with the Manger, which is unbelievable because this lady was rude and had an attitude the whole time. I get we all have bad days but never let that reflect onto your customers. I ended up walking out the store
