This place has very bad Customer service. They didnt want to accept me, I only needed one nail fixed and they said they didnt want to do my nails. I said Ill pay any amount I just need my nail fixed asap because I was going out. I asked why are they refusing my service and they just kept saying no we arent doing one nail. What type of nail salon cant fix one nail??? They told me get out or they will call the cops on me. Call the cops on me for what when all I did was ask why are they refusing my service. Worst all I walked in and they didnt even greet me. The lady asked me what do I want instead of saying hello or how may I help you. Very rude and racist!

This nail salon is an absolute disaster. I can't emphasize enough how terrible my experience was. First of all, they didn't provide several of the services that were clearly listed on their menu. It's false advertising at its worst. More than likely due to the fact that they are ridiculously slow. But the real nightmare was the excruciating 4-hour wait I endured, only to be subjected to a rushed, slapdash job. It was as if they were trying to break a record for how quickly they could get me out the door, sacrificing any semblance of quality. To top it all off, they had the audacity to pressure me into tipping for this abysmal service. Tipping should be earned, not coerced. I've had better experiences in a dentist's chair. Save your time and moneyavoid this place at all costs. One star is too generous for this place. Services: Nail painting, Pedicure, Manicure
