Oh how terrible of a service this is! DO NOT BOOK THEM. Not sure whats worse, their customer service or the actual cleaning. I filled out the application on their website and someone quickly got back to me. We corresponded a bit but then I didnt hear anything for a long time. I actually submitted a new application to get a response back! And sure enough they responded. I booked a cleaning and it really just wasnt good. Three bedroom three bathroom apartment. It felt like they just mopped the floor and organized the stuff on my dresser. Didnt even pull my bed out to clean underneath or anything. Like didnt even sweep a broom quickly under my bed. And the crown moldings are NOT EVEN TOUCHED. Still sooo much dust. The whole point of booking a professional cleaning is to get the hard to reach areas. I definitelyyyy could have done a better job in less time. They asked how it went and I responded with pictures of how it did NOT go well. Truly no response. Three emails. Nothing. Their service is so bad Im actually surprised they didnt steal all my stuff.

Great work! We needed them to clean our elderly parent's home and they came in and did a phenomenal job. The owners were friendly and very professional!

I have been using this company for over year! I have never had any issues with them and I actually leave them in the home and return to a clean house.  Unfortunately, they are catching a lot of bad press from others... it could be that there are several companies out there with the same name or versions of the same name.  This company has been around since 1998 and they are outstanding.  I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent cleaning service.

Beware!!! This company has been to my home and three times things went missing! First a designer coat and designer shoes, and the next time 2,000 dollars of cash! Of course they denied it and I have no way to get it back. Do not use they thieves.

Cindy and her team are fantastic. Very thorough and add extra touches that other companies dont, like cleaning inside the fridge, cleaning windows or oven. Theyre more expensive but the quality of service reflects the work done and we find that because they're so meticulous it stays cleaner longer. That is especially important to me because my partner has terrible allergies and gets sick as the house gets dirty. Cindy brings her team, inspects and directs them to what areas need extra attention (be it under a piece of furniture, along door moldings, etc) and then comes back when they're done to inspect again. She has them redo areas that are not yet up to her standards. She even ensures they clean and mop our entrance way between the screen door and front door, which is technically outside. And you can tell she cares about her clients. She even brings treats for our dogs and spends some time playing with them, which puts them at ease and I think makes it easier for her team to clean (less barking or rambunctious behavior). Plus she takes debit/credit card so no need to remember to take out cash (since many ppl dont carry cash anymore) or write a check unless you prefer.
