My wife booked an appointment on Monday Dec 11th. 1st, the salon was closed. The online booking let her booked the appointment anyway. 2nd, the service was charged to the credit card as soon as you booked the appointment, prior to the service being provided. My wife showed up for the appointment and was surprised it was closed. Called the phone number and the owner, I believe, picked up the phone. We explained the situation and she asked why it was booked online instead of calling. Because the salon offered the online booking option. She said she was going to look into refunding and nothing happened. Called her today again to inquire about the refund and she was nasty about it. Her exact word was "Let this be a lesson for paying for services you have no received." The funny part is we never authorized the charge in the first place. Again, this is a service the salon has signed up for customers to book online. She made it sound like customers have any control over it. I never had any problem with merchants providing refund on Square. Takes less than 15 seconds. She also said she doesnt even know how much was charged and told my wife to contact her bank instead. Sounds like she too busy even for 15 seconds of customer service. At least learn how to use you system. Each charge had a record. Not hard for you to find. I have asked the card company for a charge back already no thanks to the place. I would never recommend anyone to this place. The practice is very dishonest and she make it sound like it's your fault while she has total control over the system as a business owner. Unless if she totally has no clue how the system works. In that case, she should even have it in the first place to create this issue for customers.

Overall a very nice experience, they are willing to accommodate for hijabis and they are friendly.

Had a wonderful experience at this salon! Myself, daughter and son were all taken care of! Place is very clean and comfortable! I had a tea tree treatment, my daughter a hairstyle and a haircut for my son! Both mom/daughter are very friendly! This will be our monthly hair salon! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

This salon is great! They are great with curly hair, make great recommendations without pushing products, and are super kind. I highly recommend.

I brought my wife here and it was so peaceful that I decided to get a cut for myself. Loved it. 10/10!!
