        I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone, and Im not speaking on this particular branch, but the way this Bank does business is terrible. Customer Service is horrible! I only ended up here bc I financed my vehicle at the dealership I bought it from...otherwise they wouldn't even have been an option. Im so glad I got rid of them and refinanced with another bank. They're greedy, and don't give a damn about their customers with an exceptional credit score. When I went to close the account it was a big to do, a waiting game, and several back and forth exchanges to get what I needed. You won't be missed!

        They took 45 minutes to open up the account now I can't take out my money..I think they don't like customers here..

        The ATM section is very run down, One of the monitors looks like a slot machine, The area needs an up keeping and maybe a little more presentable also for an American Bank why there's not A flag the area it's mostly Veterans, law enforcement and law abiding citizens.
