Ive leased many vehicles however this was definitely the best auto experience Ive had. Not only did I get the best pricing in this volatile market but the level of service I received from Pristine Auto is surreal! More specifically, Id like to give high praise to Oraine. Hes honest, extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. Oraine went above and beyond - in every aspect to ensure I got the best deal and my needs were met. I ordered two vehicles with him so far and hes always got right back to me. Answered every question. Even the silly ones. There was never any pressure from him at all. I didnt have to wait months and months for my custom order like most dealerships advised. Oraine provided an ETA of a few weeks and my car was in on the exact date. The process was smooth and done remotely (my preference). My new BMW was delivered to my home with all paperwork complete and ready for signature. Thank you Oraine! Thank you for your patience and exceptional service from beginning to end. I will never waste my time in a dealership again!

Im not one to leave reviews because they are so clich and normally tainted based on an exclusive interaction however, this review is a must!! To begin, Oraine is HEAVEN SENT!! He made my truck buying experience extremely easy! I told him what I needed and he provided me with a variety of options that fit my style, needs and most importantly budget. He was extremely patient and made himself available whenever I had questions. He even went out of his way to deliver my truck, merge my phone and explain the various features the truck offered. I am very satisfied with my purchase as well as the overall customer service I received. Oraine, Im extremely grateful I came across you and your business and just know that you gained a life long customer!!
