Horrible customer service. Wine didn't arrive and after contacting fedex, it was identified that they improperly packaged the bottles causing them to break and sent back to the warehouse. Wine Express had no process to inform me that the items were never delivered and took no steps to replace or refund. It then took over an hour with customer chat to get them to resend the items that I had purchased.

What a treat to have received my shipment within less than 3 business days doing standard shipping. I had ran around to a few wine shops looking for a particular bottle I could not find, I should have just ordered it from the beginning. Found some killer wines at a great price and a unique inventory you don't see everywhere to complete a case and could not be happier with how quickly they arrived. Thank you!

co has gone down the tubes;noone knows anything about shipped items;shipping info seems all bogus;reviews online of their shipper are very bad;keep getting runarounds from both customer svc And the delivery svc

Wonderful selection of wines with great customer service. Definitely worth checking out. The free concierge service is a great feature. Many nice wines are available here.
