just ordered food today, person talking had a heavy accent, had to repeat myself, did not get what i want, had to go back and get the items missed, i would suggest not to order the food over the phone, either online or in person. Vegetarian options: not sure

Really disappointing customer service. Were locals and come here a bunch. We ordered a few sandwiches this weekend and they messed up one of the sandwiches. Thats fine. Mistakes happen. I will say I went over what was in the sandwich with the woman on the phone twice because they recently changed the numbering on their menu and they still messed it up but again things happen-they were busy. When I called to have it rectified and my dad went to pick it up (sandwich was for him) they made him pay for the sandwich because we hadnt brought the other one back. I would have done that but the person on the phone didnt mention that. Really bad service that they made us pay for another sandwich when theyre the ones who messed up. We basically paid for a sandwich that we didnt order and didnt want. Really poor form on their part and bad business etiquette. Wouldnt recommend them as a result.
