During COVID Carlos was very accommodating. They didnt try to get over on us and use this to their advantage as I have heard others did. They were sent to us straight from heaven. I will use them for all of my events and refer them to friends and family.

Disappointed. Booked them through planet Planet DJs at about $2,300 for 1 photographer and 1 videographer. Little to no communication and no opportunity to sit down and meet prior to the wedding and go over details as originally promised. Over 5 months later we finally received our pictures on a thumb drive. No album is offered at this price point. Everything else extra. Pictures came out below average compared to those on their social media platforms. Images were in a .jpg format, no original RAW copies, and poorly edited. Little to no cropping, light adjustment, or really ANYTHING was done to make each picture shine. Just standard black and white picture every once and a while. We drove all the way down to Yonkers to pick up a thumb Drive and a piece of paper. We are still waiting for our videos to top it all off. For the price, lack of communication, poor editing, and huge wait time with NO contract offered, Id advise anyone else to shop around a little and pay $1-200 more. If the owner wishes to reconcile and make things right by giving us ALL original RAW files with some slight attempt to edit them, Id reconsider my review. Our wedding was 10/4/19.

Carlo and his team took photos and video at my wedding at The Venetian in Garfield, New Jersey, as well as our engagement photos beforehand. They are all so friendly, professional and a pleasure to have around. I received our entire album of photos quickly, as well as our final video, a short video recap and all the raw footage. I still have my favorite photos hanging throughout our house, which everyone still comments on. I would recommend Carlo and his team to anyone who wants a combination of traditional and artistic photos and video.
