5 stars for a top notch experience. From start to finish Valhalla memorials was there to help. I had a ton of questions and they answered everyone and then guided me in the right direction. My family couldnt be happier with the headstone they made for us.

I gave this business "grace" after Covid, but now cannot. I have been waiting for a name plate to be added to my parents tombstone for OVER A YEAR (August 2022). They misplaced my order, eventually found my order and promised it would be fulfilled by September 2023 (after contacting the BBB) and I am STILL WAITING --today is October 5, 2023. This is BEYOND ridiculous as you think my order would've been pushed through or made a bit of a priority. UPDATE: my order has finally been completed (November 2023) and my family can now have closure. The owner did eventually reach out and took personal responsibility and kept his promise in completing the order. He placed my mother's name plate on the family tomb stone and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. And yes, we are.
