        I have had nothing but an amazing experience working with Andrew! I emailed inquiring about renting a house near Utica and he sent me a house the same day. Toured a week later, and will be moving in next week! I was able to meet the owner of the house and it was an incredibly smooth and easy process. I am new to the area and so grateful I have had Andrew help me with finding my home!

        Great brokerage that specializes in rentals. Me and my wife have used this office for years, and they try their best to go above and beyond for us. After initially listing our properties for rent ourselves, then with another realty company, we soon found out that we should of went with the apartment connection from the get go. They understand the needs of rental property owners, and they care. Thank you!

        I am an owner who lives out of the state. I just visited my property in Utica for the first time in several years. I'm appalled. It is filthy, completely unkempt, poorly maintained, and it embarrassed me that Apartment Connection kept my house in this condition and rents it to people in this condition. Apartment Connection should be ashamed at their lack of care despite the revenue that allows their owner annual expensive vacations to Aruba. Follow up: The Apartment Connection response to this post is clearly dishonest. This company was investigated by the policy for embezzlement and criminal fraud. The policy departments findings concluded that both occurred and demanded restitution to homeowner. The detective in charge also acknowledged the fact that Apartment Connection returned a deposit to the final tenant as revenge because the house was in terrible condition and cost $3000 for clean up and repairs - all documented with real evidence unlike the falsities posted here. HUD and Utica municipal housing should keep a careful watch on this property management business or deny them from renting to recipients of these services.

      Hello JM C... We served as your property manager for a little over 9 years, and it's a shame that you've resorted to lies and deformation after we no longer wanted to work for you. Around the time you published this intital "review" some years back now you were congratulating the last tenant (Tamika) moving out on how well the premises looked and you were able to move your family in immediately the MINUTE that tenant left into the house that you were "appalled", and "embarrassed of"... this was funny at first, but..We are not sure how someone would be able to move there own family into house that was so "poorly maintained", but that's not for us to judge. Whats also funny is that after all these years you continue to lie.... it's a shame, and in fact more deformation.. we've taken a screen shot now of your above mentioned "statements" so before you have time again to edit your story again we will have our attorney be in contact with you because we all know the record including the investigator who got a kick out of your lies.... found no wrong doing by us, and asked us if we wanted to pursue you for the false allegations of your bogus claims, but we let it go at that time because we felt you wasted our time enough and you weren't worth the time. Restitution? Embezzlement? HAHAHAHAHA! Wow you really are pathological! I wish I could post the report on here but there's nothing...we will let our legal counsel handle you. People like you shouldn't be allowed to have rental property let alone touch a keyboard. By the way, we're a fully licensed real estate brokerage for over 30 years, you'd think if your above allegations had any weight whatsoever we would loose our license to practice real estate..... but here we are :) that's what happens when you believe your own lies, the truth always prevails....your false allegations will now cost you. Buckle up.
