Avoid! MHA Peretta Twin Towers was the worst apartment I ever lived in. They claim to be "non-smoking" however management could not care less about enforcing it, instructing their guards to gaslight tenants, saying to them "I don't smell smoke." . If you ask maintenance to repair something, management will try to get you to do it instead. The building is very dirty and in need of repair. The fire alarm goes off at least twice a week. Instead of spending taxpayer money fixing the units, MHA spends it on rebranding themselves "People First." What a joke. I am much happier where I live now, away from this nightmare of a place and a joke.
