I would not recommend to shop this store. Employee order the part which i need and specified.When wait for 3 weeks and come to pick up finally my order it was not wot i asked. Steve - owner not accept refund, and tell that this was special order, even before he said it in stack and in their warehouse. Have to waist aroun100 dollars. Never will shop there again and do not recommend nobody too - not good people and businessmen. Go to John's Floor-covering Herkimer or Best Tiles Syracuse.

The Woman named Heather was Unbelievaby kind, courteous, professional, engaging, etc. This woman had more on hand knowledge than an Encyclopedia. She was A Manager, a worker, a secretary, a laborer, the cleaning woman, etc etc. I mean I watched this lady wear 10 different hats at once. She was Brilliant. 2nd to none . I will Forever conduct my business at Oneida Floor just to be honored with her presence..
