Mike was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We build a modular home with American Homes and hired MLB Contracting to build an attached garage. His involvement in the project quickly evolved to make customizations in our modular home in addition to the garage build.
Ive worked with many contractors during the construction of our new home and Mike was by far the best to work with. I quickly discovered that communication wasnt a strength in this profession. That wasnt the case with Mike. Calls, texts, and emails were promptly responded to any time of the day. Mike never assumed what needed to be done. He always wanted to make sure it was what we wanted. It game me great peace of mind working with Mike and his crew.

Michael saved the day when our roof started to leak. Within an hour of calling him he was fixing it out in the pouring rain!! We then hired him to help with our bathroom renovation and it has turned out beautifully. Were planning to use Michael and M.L.B. Contracting for the new construction building which is next on our projects list. I highly recommend Michael and M.L.B. Contracting.

These guys were excellent. I do a lot of things myself around the house in order to save money, so I just wanted to hire someone who would put up a wall frame in my basement. I wanted to do the walls myself, but I simply needed the frame. Every other contractor refused to do a project so small, but these guys accepted the job and did the work within two weeks of meeting with them. They did a fantastic job, and charged me a very good price. I would definitely recommend these guys, and I imagine I'll be calling them again in the future.

2-20-24 Update
Had Mike and his crew back for another project. This time they installed 500 square feet of tung and groove ceiling for me. They built two beams and did the trim work as well. The ceilings are absolutely beautiful exactly what i envisioned. Mike worked with me every step of the way to achieve what was looking for. MLB was the only contractor i called and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.
MLB did a good job on my roof, patio roof, chimney cap. They were very responsive, prices reasonably, quick, and good workmanship. Gave me an estimate on the spot and they also did a fantastic job on my girlfriends roof. I would not hesitate to call Mike again if I need anything.
