The Pratt Smith House Bed & Breakfast is a fantastic getaway. The house is lovely, the food is great, and the entire house feels like home. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I will always book here whenever I'm in Utica.

My first time in a b&b and it was an unforgettable experience. The interiors, vintage looks of the room and house overall is just amazing. Room was very comfortable and clean. They serve breakfast from 7:30- 9:00 am, they ask you what time you'd prefer it and its prepared and setup at the same time you tell them you want it, the breakfast was very filling and delicious, Anne is a really great cook. The best things about the house are the hosts, Anne and Alan are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a family member instead of a guest. The warm hospitality, comfortable rooms and satisfying breakfast make it a perfect place if you're a traveller and looking for a reasonably priced accomodation. 10/10 would recommend.

The owners of this B&B were so sweet . Breakfast with fresh brewed coffee and danish to start . Fresh OJ. There is a TV in the sitting room. I do agree there is no place to set things should maybe clear off a table in room. Bathroom needs a place to set things too and beware I got locked in as door knob must have been broke . I was starting to panic with no phone . One bedroom the one we stayed in the bath was down the hallway with the scary knob . There was a motion light next to the bed on left side that every time my husband moved it went on. Again sweet people but I just need more room to spread out. Nearby activities: We were there due to hockey event . Close to Nexus Center .
