The phone call was delayed three times after we scheduled a time.
When we got on the line they said they sent me a cost estimate 30 seconds before the call.
It was apparent when we started talking that the owner did not even know the scope of work or what we had requested.
He could not answer questions about the scope of work in the estimate. He really didn't seem to care what the project was about.
Would not recommend this firm for residential projects.
