    Landlords landlords I know you may not want to deal with the hassle of dealing with tenants but make sure you check and find out how your tenants feel about Brad because he's not for them he's greedy, rude ,heartless,ignores tenants money is his language so don't be surprised if he's pocketing more than you know landlords thumbs down not to mention it seems like if your not Caucasian you have no wins

    Ended up renting a place in Hicksville. Signed the lease for start date March 1. Within the first few days we encountered a severe roof leak which led to severe infrastructure weakness requiring the roofing to be redone. Deliveries and move in had to be delayed multiple weeks. Got nothing but apologies and no form of compensation. House advertised as solar but due to the extensive damage, the solar panels were removed and to this day remain in the backyard. Next problem came when the fridge stopped working in the hottest July in recorded history. Delay after delay we ended up providing our own mini fridge as none offered to us by THIS management group nor their property manager, Brad. The fridge remained in unit for over a week until no repairs could be made and they finally decided to replace the unit as we had originally requested. Mold grew in the bottom of the fridge. Again no compensation given. Hot water was spotty throughout the property. In the end, we decided to part ways early in the lease as my wife was pregnant and the house was definitely not fully up to code. We didnt want to take any chances. We tried reaching out to the property manager multiple times about an early lease termination as it would benefit the owner as the rental prices had skyrocketed. Doubt Brad went to the owner at all with the request and were met With a firm no. We offered to pay for rent and utilities while showings were conducted as it wouldnt have a hard time finding someone else to take over but Brad instantly shut that down. Will never go through RPM in the future. Hope this review helps others. Make sure to include an early lease termination into your contracts !

    I am a tenant, not a landlord. I give Brad a lot of credit - he has a tough job to do. He works for the landlord but interfaces with the tenant and has to keep the tenant happy. We have had our differences on a few minor issues, but in the end he has always been fair, prompt and did the best he could to make everyone happy. Do note, when there is a true maintenance emergency, he takes care of it immediately.

Lets take this one at a time. Yes, the roof had a leak, we temporarily repaired it immediately, the tenant chose to delay move in. We contacted insurance company and solar company to repair and had a new section of roof installed. There was no infrastructure damage. Unfortunately, Solar panels are out of date and where not re installed as we continue to work with the owner and solar company to get this resolved. Next, the fridge did stop working, we sent over an appliance company to trouble shoot the issue. they installed new parts, but the unit still did not perform up to standards so we replaced it with a new one. We instructed the tenant to submit a claim to their renters insurance carrier because we do not cover food loss.  3 months into the lease, the tenant told me there wanted to buy a house and wanted out of the lease. When we told them no you see them using this platform to discredit me and my company. A lease is a legal binding financial agreement, my owners expect the lease to be honored. We have since negotiated a lease break and these tenants will be moving out. Now you know why you need a property manager to deal with tenants like this.
