Stay far away from this company. The new owner Rory has no idea how to conduct business and wants to charge ridiculous prices and tries to threaten you with court if you have any questions or issues with your invoice amount. They charge a labor amount on top of an $85.00 service visit charge. When I asked him why Im being charged the $85.00 for the service visit if Im still being charged for labor, he wasnt able to answer and told me hes taking me to court. There are plenty of other sprinkler companies on the island, take your business elsewhere and support an honest fair company, not this one.

I highly recommend County Irrigation Services! I have a fenced in back yard with a very narrow driveway which is a challenge to access with any large equipment. This was not an issue for the County Irrigation crew! They did an amazing job and were true professionals! Rory was very detailed and took his time when explaining the app and how my new sprinkler system works. It is really cool and I am so impressed. Thank you again Rory and the County Irrigation team! We have been customers for over 30 years. From this year to last year, this company raised their pricing over 60$. I understand inflation but a 30% markup during this economy is absurd. When I called them to question the increase in pricing, they were very extremely rude and told me that they couldn't honor the previous pricing plan I had and didn't care to work with me. After I hung up with them, I called 3 more companies and all 3 could match the previous pricing I had. Apparently being a long-standing customer means nothing to this company and my business will go elsewhere. Beware of their increase in pricing and double check your contract for 2023.
