Liberty Dental insurance of NY

Your coverage stinks horrible when people on Social Security can't afford to pay out of pocket for extractions and deep cleaning procedures and if we don't pay out of pocket for deeper cleaning than you won't pay for regular cleaning it's not fair to us consumers every should be covered even if we have to pay a copay something that's fair

no one even told me I have hole . ,until one doctor told me and I need it to pay. , . Ridiculous. With that insurance they don't want to do anything

Horrible insurance. It take forever to get anything approved on top of that they lower the quote (which is illegal). My surgeon requested a procedure which must be done because its an impacted. Its one of the wisdom teeth and requires special procedures. Just to lower the cost liberty denied it and approved regular extraction. So now surgeon wont do the surgery unless I pay out of my pocket. Liberty insurance wont cover because their dentist think its a regular extraction.

I wish there was a NO star - This is by far the worst insurance - they will send you a list of 50 doctors - you will call all 50 and not one of them take the insurance

The list of providers on their website is highly inaccurate. When I call dentists to see if they accept Liberty Dental Insurance, they claim they don't.
