I wish I could put zero stars. I've used this place for years and never had a problem, but since changing management, the service is atrocious. I brought my car in for service in November and didn't get it back until April. They literally held my car hostage, and I had to get the police involved, and it still wasn't fixed correctly... Currently in the process of filing a claim against them.. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!

I went to this place after I was recommended from an unreliable source. I felt uncomfortable because I read the negative reviews prior which I shouldve gone with my initial gut instinct. The bumper was never replaced, the paint started flaking off the car after a week. I called to complain and I was told to bring the car back to the shop which who would feel comfortable after they found out that they didnt fix anything regarding the vehicle. Im going to make a complaint with the DMV as well and I was never reimbursed for the additional repairs that I made on the vehicle. The side mirror and cover on the passenger was never replaced. They got paid nearly $5K for nothing. I paid so much money out of pocket to go to another shop and they even acknowledged the lack of work that they did and also heard negative reviews about this shop as well. Services: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension repair
