My parents moved to The Fountains in 2018 after living in another assisted living residence in Westchester County. Even with my moms declining health, the staff at The Fountains never made my parents feel unwelcome the way the other facility did. On the contrary: this administration, staff and support team were always caring and accommodating. After my mom passed, my dad continued to be surrounded by the kind of warmth youd expect from a facility looking after seniors. Also, I always felt the communication with Ariel and other staff members was courteous and professional. Finally, shout out to Joy the med-tech, and Keisha in the reception area who greets everyone with a smile and uplifting attitude.

My cousin, age 94, recently moved into a lovely apartment at The Fountains at RiverVue. Well, she has not stopped talking about how much she enjoyed her encounter with the baby kangaroo at a recent event held outdoors there. She said that at age 94, one rarely has a brand new experience, but petting a baby kangaroo was definitely a first for her. We thank the wonderful staff at The Fountains for bringing such joy to her day!

The Fountains Assisted Living Facility is a place you or your loved one can call home from the moment you walk through the front door. The concierge is bright, welcoming and will assist you in areas of need. The entire staff from department heads, nursing team, recreation department, maintenance team, kitchen staff and cleaning crew work together to make sure the residents are happy, safe and supported in any way possible. The Fountains at Rivervue also have a great therapy program through Fox Rehab with two in house therapists including a Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist that are qualified to treat and meet the needs for all residents.

My mother moved in a few weeks ago and absolutely loves it. She has made new friends and the staff are fantastic. I highly recommend RiverVue and wished we had moved her in a lot earlier. Staying at home alone was depressing for her and now she is all smiles. Thank you for making this the best decision we ever made.
