The hotel is located in a quiet & safe area. Big parking lot, well lit. The rooms are clean. Beware: the walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations in the next room. Literally you hear the guest next door snoring so keep your tv up loud! There is a free breakfast every morning which Ive never eaten but a lot of guest seem to enjoy it. They have bacon, eggs, cereal, bagels, coffee, and tea. One day during my stay I asked the housekeeper for towels and she said the hotel didnt have any because they were still being washed. It was 2p! How does a hotel run out of towels in the middle of the day?! The pool was closed during my stay (March) so I cant speak to that but the gym is nice. Just a few cardio machines and some free weights. Overall a decent stay.

The worst Hotel I have ever been to, severely understaffed the room wasnt equipped or prepared for the amount of people who would be staying in the room. I had reservations for 4 people to stay and a room that sleeps 6. 1 Adult, 2 teenage children and an infant. They only stocked the room with two towels and a wash cloth. Only one person could bathe or shower. I requested more towels that never came in the window they said it would. We didnt get anything until the next day that I had to call and request clean towels and wash cloths again. They bought one towel and 1 wash cloth, I also asked for some clean sheets so I could change my bed since my infant had an accident. It never came, can you imagine paying all this money and not having clean sheets to sleep in or enough towels and wash cloths so your children can bathe. Its completely unacceptable. Dont waste your money and the complementary breakfast is trash . Your food is cold and undercooked dont eat it unless you like spending your mornings on the toilet. Parking is an absolute joke if you want to leave and come back pack some comfortable walking shoes. If you lose your spot in the front you will have to walk 4 blocks park.
