Real estate closing attorneys all offer pretty much of the same thing. But Alan does a few thing I find a lot of guys miss; he responds to emails immediately at any hour/day, he keeps his word and he doesnt waste the clients time. I have worked with Alan Pilla when I purchased my house and when I sold my condo.  From start to end, Alan has been a pleasure to work with.  He is very knowledgeable about the whole process, walked me through the whole thing step by step.  He was very communicative and very easy to speak with (email, phone, etc.).  Because of Alan, my experiences buying and selling my homes were pretty painless.  I would definitely work with Alan again in the future and would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a real estate lawyer.
