Earthsafe installed a radon mitigation system at my home before we moved in. The system made a very loud sound and I called to get it checked out. The man who came was polite, though showed up at least 2 hours late without calling, stayed for about 5 minutes then said he had to go and would have to come back the next day. The fix (replacing the fan) didn't work, and when I called again Janet said it probably just sounded loud because the house was empty. I called after we moved in for 2 weeks, left several messages and even drove to their location to try and speak to someone. I learned that Dan Blair, the prior owner, sold the company to Janet, and apparently the level of work and professionalism I've seen praise for is not continuing with the change of ownership. I have worked with Dan and his crew for years now ( I'm a Real Estate Broker) and have never had a client complain about their work. I recently had them do some work on my own personal home. I needed foundation repair and a French Drain installed. They did a fabulous job. They are reasonable, showed up on time, cleaned up the mess, etc. This company and crew are complete professionals.
