I had an appoint with Nicole Dulcos at this location and she was an hour late, so I had to leave. I left my taxes with the receptionist who assured me they would get delivered to the accountant. This was 1 month ago and I have not heard anything regarding their status. I have left about 10 messages with the receptionist AND on their voicemail, talked to a representative who was no help and filed a claim- still nothing. No one is ever at the office location and I have no way of obtaining my documents now. What the actual fuck!? So am I even going to be able to file? Did they lose them? No idea what to do. Thanks a lot for the absolute shit service and zero communication

This particular location is about as unprofessional as it gets. I was given the runaround for weeks on end before finally having my taxes done. I was a virtual client, which I understand is a lower priority then people that are making in person appointments.  But for weeks I kept calling and the receptionist kept saying Nicole will call you back, at the end of the day, or tomorrow or in 30 min. I ended up calling every single day and finally things got resolved. Never responded to any emails I sent either.  Just a total gap in communication. Yes they may be under staffed, well in that case, they should limit the amount of work there taking in, or look for new help. In my opinion you need to adjust to  the situation your in. Not come up with excuses consistently and give your clients the runaround. Not sure if the receptionists here even relay the messages to the accountants, but this was just a horrible experience.  Maybe other locations are squared away, but avoid this location at all costs. I will never be coming back and would never recommend anyone here either.
