A nice man (Ill omit his name) came out, took some lovely drone shots of our project and said he would have a quote by the end of the week. We never heard from them after that. I called to follow up 3 weeks later and was told I would receive a call that day or the next. Once again, we never received a call. Ill say that our project is unique-not a straightforward residential roof. However-if the scope of the project was too big or out of their abilities, I would have appreciated honesty up front or at minimum a returned phone call.

They were quick about setting up the free estimate. Ben was very nice and easy to work with. They gave me the cheapest quotes out of the 3 or 4 places i looked into. And Ben was able to give me some more time to pay the other half of my bill. They were also the only place that would repair the hole in my roof, everyone else wanted to do a full replacement. So grateful for this company. I will definately be contacting them when im able to replace my roof in the future.

From the very onset of estimating, I was highly educated on my roof! It is a slate roof! Benjamin told me all the aspects of a slate roof! I needed repairs and was told exactly what they were going to do. I felt extremely comfortable with everything. I was served with dignity and I was listened to when I had questions! There was no pressure and told to call anytime with questionsthe job was completed on time! Everything was picked up after the work. I highly recommend Tier 1 Roofing for repairs if needed or even a new high quality roofbest decision I made was to contact Tier 1!

Ben & the team absolutely crushed it on this project! From a builders standpoint you wont find a better, more honest and hardworking group then these guys. They always show up on time and ready to work. Keep on rocking guys.
