We use Mountain Top Portable Toilets during our summer busy season each year. The portable toilets are always in good condition and are reliably cleaned on a weekly basis. We highly recommend Mountain Top Portable Toilets!

Rented two VIP toilets for our at-home wedding. They were polite and courteous during ordering but upon delivery, which was on time and as expected, the delivery person was quite rude and unprofessional. He backed on to our lawn and when I asked him to move up a little and then back to avoid a large tree branch, he said no, this is fine and proceeded to unload with fortunately no damage to the branch. I was also hoping to avoid excessive lawn damage. When he got the units off the truck, he used two metal bars with hooks to shimmy them back to the location I wanted them, digging up our lawn all the way. He stopped short of the location I had in mind by a few feet. When I said Id like them back a few more feet closer to the wooded area (not in the middle of my lawn), he said this is about as far as the are going! When asked why, he replied THEYRE HEAVY in a not very nice tone of voice. I realized then that they are probably heavier than they look as they are filled with water for flushing and hand-washing BUT, customer service is key and he could have been more polite and just explain that he needed a little break but would get them where I wanted them. After the event, when five days went by and one phone call reminder to have them picked up, I spoke with someone and let them know how rude the delivery person was and received no apology, just excuses for why he was rude and why they were late picking up. The units themselves were fairly clean. A little dust and some cobwebs that I had to clean out before guests arrived but they were well stocked and in good shape. Overall two stars for very poor customer service but otherwise the units were high quality and the price was fair.

Best in the area for Porta Potty's and Septic Service. I highly recommend Mountain Top Portable Toilets & Septic Service to everyone.

Went to the NY off-road Dirt bike race this weekend. The toilets were nasty. No hand sanitizer either. Coming from a septic background I know what minimum standards should be and these are not even close.
