The lady with the glasses and long black hair she gave me a deep cut with the nail file, and i asked her if she would be able to give me a discount for the deep cut she said no unprofessional.

Im writing this as Im sitting here getting a pedicure I had received yesterday fixed because not even three hours after I left the salon the gel polish peeled off my feet as if they did no cure it correctly, or buff it. I called to ask if I could fix it around 12pm while I was still at work and I was told yes. Once I got off work I arrived and let the lady at the front desk know that I was the one who had called. She must have misunderstood me because they started to give me a full on pedicure AGAIN after I had already explained what I wws there for. So before the man who was doing my pedicure continued farther I asked him if he knew I was here to get it fixed, and suddenly nobody knew what I was even talking about. I felt as they were making it my fault when it clearly was a misunderstanding on THEIR BEHALF. I will never get serviced here again after feeling so uncomfortable, embarrassed, and not able to properly get through what I am saying . They dont even deserve the one star that they are getting. I am extremely pissed off right now
