Kristin was great! She got us 5 offers, including over the asking price, and was patient, helpful, professional and fun throughout the entire listing and sale process. This was the sale of my parents home of 45 years - lots of emotions involved. So so glad that Kristin was our Realtor!

Oh my gosh, where do I begin? It took me almost two years to find my new home. Kristin was with me for much of that time, showing me countless listings and shepherding me through several offers. My new condo was my 21st offer, many of them with Kristin (I used someone else early on because I was looking in a different area). Not once did she become discouraged. Not once did she talk about how much of her time I was taking. Throughout the process, she was always kind and generous. Add to that her amazing knowledge of home repair, and her extensive list of contacts who can help with projects. Even her suggestion of a banker turned out to be life-saving. This is my first, and perhaps my only, on-line review. But I had to do it - Kristin McClenaghan is the absolute best!
