        Tom was simply great. He had the patience to work with me and answer many questions over multiple days in helping determine the best hot tub for us. The non-financed price was better than all local competitors for similarly sized/equipped models and the delivery (and removal of old tub) went without a single issue. THANK YOU POOL MART (& Tom)

        I recently bought a new hot tub cover from pool mart. The service I received at the tonawanda location was exceptional. They had told me they went with a new company for the covers and assured me Id be happy. They were right. Ultra light weight and the straps are extra long so Im night fighting to clip them closed. Thank you !!
