My wife and I have been to this business several times, and every time is great! Yesterday, we were there again. 3 Employees working with me were outstanding! First, I talked with Kyle (?) over the phone and he was able to get my wife in during my visit, and then we had a nice talk while he put my eyes through some testing. Second, Dr. Thovarajah - she's my absolute favorite optometrist! She's very kind, patient, thorough, and even let my wife sit with me during the exam. Lauren, last but not least, is just fantastic! I've been in the store and she's waited on my wife and I several times. Every time she does a wonderful job, and she did it again!!

I had the wonderful experience of visiting Vision Works on Niagara Falls Blvd yesterday and was very impressed with their knowledge and expertise in getting my new glasses .I suffered a terrible brain injury last year and the dear eye Doctor was kind enough to do many tests for me and she even sent the information to my eye specialist Dr Atwal . This really impressed me and Im now telling anyone if they need eyewear there is no other place to go . Thank you Vision Works and Dr Aurelia Liakatura Fir helping me so much .

I've been going to VisionWorks for over 10 years and I've noticed lately the staff who work the desk and the phone are increasingly rude. I thought maybe someone was having a bad day, but after reading some of the other reviews on Google, it seems like this is the norm.
