For anyone wondering about this company. They are scum. Im a licensed home inspector, and I can tell you this company hires people to perform unlicensed and poorly certified work. The people they hire only receive 14 hrs of rushed training, and then sent into the field to inspect your home. They recently had a lawsuit against them for the amount of false reports resulting in Floridians losing their home insurance. Miami Herald has an entire article about this.
On top of there phony inspections, they use unlicensed inspectors to correct any issues with there reports, which many of times are incorrect defects they list, or have the most sketchy documentation, and the worst part is all the insurance companies know and go along with it to avoid paying actual home inspectors. So they would rather pay some unqualified individual $16 vs the standard $140 rate from a state licensed individual.
This company provides half baked 4 points, the most laughable wind mitigation reports, and also go out to perform appraisals. Mind you, these people are not licensed.

Mueller Reports isn't a company you should trust either an employee or a customer! The don't train or communicate with any of their employees and fire huge amounts of people as quick as humanly possible. They don't want to invest anything into their employees no matter who they are, so why then would they care about providing their customers with quality service? The don't care and are a heartless, ruthless, company.

I worked for the company last year. They lied through a lot of it. My manager told me they could not change their policy to raise their per diem rate from $0.40 per mile to the government rate of $0.67. I was losing money every day because of the rate. My manager tried to keep me at the job and said I have to file my taxes for the difference and it will work itself out. I was just informed by my accountant that was in fact a lie and I am not able to be reimburse like I was told. Stay away from this company. You will break yourself and your vehicle and everything else you need to provide and you will not come out ahead.
There was a lot of other shady things that happened. I had managers tell me to take time off of my sheet so I can keep their metric up. The way they pay you works against you. It forces you to try and keep your time low.
