Worst with CFIA clearance.it took more than 72 hours. What a joke! Worst communication from PARS clearance team. If you don't know how to handle CFIA shipments don't waste time money and energy of people Or Take training how to handle shipment.

I acquired a car in Toronto and with tight Covid restrictions had to figure out how to get the car into the US. Sam helped me get this done quickly and without any issues. H.O.C. handled everything from setting up the shipping and the lengthy paperwork process. According to the transporter and without issue my new car cleared customs in about an hour. Sam and his team were on top of every possible detail every step of the way and kept me in the loop. My car was picked up in the Toronto area on 12/29/20 and was in my driveway by 1/4/21

This broker does an excellent job at resolving issues that arise when crossing into the USA. I have worked with them for years, and have not had any issue that was not resolved in a professional matter. I have also found them to be a wealth of information to do with crossing the border.

Highly recommend to avoid! Dont expect any help from them when importing a vehicle from Canada. Sam is nice and ok, but he is never around and its tough to reach him. Bridget is either in climax or has a diagnose.
