Highly recommend. In addition to the upbeat environment and friendly staff, this office was very modern and advanced technologically compared to other dentists I've visited in the past. They invest in the latest and greatest tools to take care of their patients. Dr. Samer Riad is very personable and friendly and along with being skilled, makes the experience very pleasant through both jokes and insight into the care he's giving.

My husband myself and our 4 kids go here. Wasnt sure at first. But theyre amazing! Couldnt ask for a better dentist!! Always gets us all in quick. Never really have to wait. In and out. Works perfect with my busy schedule! Also love that I can text for appointments or anything we may need. Really are the best dentist we have ever had!!

I'm a fairly new patient of Dr. Riad's and already will not be going back. My first visit was for an infected tooth. Dr. Riad looked at my tooth for less than 10 seconds and walked out. I was prescribed an antibiotic which gave me an allergic reaction. When I called for a different antibiotic I was told he only prescribes penicillin and the one I was currently on. I told the woman I am allergic to penicillin. Her response was well you are going to have to deal with the allergic reaction. I was not prescribed another antibiotic. I went in for a cleaning. The hygienist stabbed my tongue with a sharp tool making me bleed. No apologies. Dr. Riad then did a root canal on an infected tooth. He didn't speak to me the entire time. I had to get information from his assistant who was also not friendly. While working in my mouth he was talking about his next patient in a rude way to the assistant. And then today I had an appointment at 9:10am. Dr. Riad came in didn't say anything to me, motioned for me to open up and numbed my mouth. I sat in the chair a good 40 minutes before anyone came back in. By then the Novocain was starting to wear off. Riad started working and when I jumped because of pain he berated me for moving saying I gave you 3 shots you shouldn't feel anything. I was in the chair 3 hours for a crown. Riad kept stopping to answer phone calls and go into other exam rooms to work on others. I could hear him talking to other patients but he barely said 10 words to me. He did however admit he made a mistake and should just have taken the tooth out. The girls at the front desk are polite but not overly friendly. Kevin was the only friendly person there. I really think Dr. Riad discriminates against people who are on Medicaid. I would not recommend him to anyone. Nor will I be returning to his office. I'm only giving one star because I cant post this without giving at least one.
