From the women who answered the phone to the entire staff I encountered everyone was friendly and compassionate! They fit me in within two hours of my call. I was very stressed over the reason for my visit. Everyone was understanding and I felt heard explaining my concerns. Everything, from the start, went so much better than what I was expecting. Mary is a LIFE SAVER! She spent hours helping me figure out insurance nightmares. Honestly the whole staff is great. I hadnt been to a dentist in almost a decade because of bad experiences. Aspen made me feel welcomed, and ensured I knew what the game plan was and how they would help me through the process. Everyone, including Dr. Syed and the assistants, were helpful, kind, and understanding of my situation. Dr. Syed made me feel like I was in great hands. Wonderful people. Ill be sending my partner here and anyone else who asks about dental work.

The staff here is truly wonderful. Brought my mom in whos a nervous nelly and from X-ray to extraction everyone was so patient and gentle with her. 10/10 recommend.

I am updating my review for a couple of different reasons. First let me tell you that due to a brain injury. I don't have the capability to have compassion or empathy. Now that you know a little bit about me. Never never call your patient a liar... They blatantly called me a condescending liar without asking probing questions to find out where the information came. If you can't handle a condescending patient, you should not be in the medical industry. Because most patients are upset for one reason or another. It may not be at you, but they will be upset that my friends is not condescending.
